I wanted to share this scene because, one it's very emotional, intense and powerful. The actress is great, and she really shows the emotions of the character is going through very well... I admire her work.
Coming from a user of both devices, I'm totally sick and tired of apple geeks and fanbois toting that this phone is a wannabe. If that was the case, it wouldn't have had included all the awesome features that the storm has.
So how about you get over yourselves and just reap the benefits of being a consumer...we're the true winners here...
this is my first attempt of using hand made mattes and displacement mattes to produce the effect from the movie The Matrix, when Morpheus placed the phone to his head and dissapeared. However this is part 1 of the effect. I still need to create the matrix code texture and make the phone float in the air. I'm already working on it, just wanted to show the dissapear effect.
