This is a mechanical skull prop from the 2002 Stephen King miniseries "Rose Red." This skull was part of an animatronic puppet used for special effects filming for the miniseries.
Shown in this short clip is Bill Bryan.
Bryan fabricated the costume and also played the Staypuft Marshmallow Man in the 1984 film Ghostbusters.

This clip shows the operation of the fully functional Special Effect Prosthetic Arms made for the Ludacris video "Get Back." These robotic arms were originally made for Mr. Hyde in the 2003 release: "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen." The animatronic arms were later redressed to work as Ludacris' close-up functional arms for the Spike Jonze video "Get Back."
