I tried putting a larger than normal propeller on my Hangar 9 Corsair, powered by an RCV-90SP.
In this experiment, I put on 18" blades (diameter) and set the pitch to 10". I knew that the peak RPM was going to be 1000 RPM less than typical. The goal is to simply take-off, fly a few circuits, then land. I just want to see if I can get acceptable flight with the big prop.
