Colour_thief and I have a battle in VS mode. Much to everyone's expectation, I get my butt kicked.
I don't recall having ever seen any TGM3 VS on youtube, and since it's slightly different than other games, here's a bit of entertainment.
Having a little bit of fun, colour_thief and I played some Big Mode Tetris. There's VS as well as various goofing around.
There's no sound, because we didn't hook up the cables correctly and didn't realize until it was too late... :(

Part 1: Levels 0-500, where it's usually possible to place pieces wherever you want.
In my quest to get a new high score, I decided to play for speed and with relatively little regard for safety. On the upside, I do succeed. On the downside, I succeed by a hair of luck.
I use the No Siren "cheat" to work around an emulator bug. You can see me enable it if you watch carefully.

Part 2: Levels 500-999, the bit with infinite gravity. Unlike that bit in section 400-499, you KNOW that the move you're considering is impossible.
So, you know that by tapping the joystick, you can make the Laser move a bit. By mashing the buttons, you can fatten it. Question: How far can you go?
colour_thief proposed it, and I'm the one with a tool-assisted speedrun capable MAME, so we decided to try.
